Block. Inc. (NYSE: SQ) was reiterated as Outperform and its price target raised to $120 from $90 (versus $88.55 close) at Bernstein.
Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) was initiated with a Neutral rating at UBS.
BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) was initiated as Buy with a $22 price target (versus $17.10 close) at BTIG.
CACI International Inc. (NYSE: CAI) was initiated with a Buy rating and with a $557 price target (versus $459.88 close) at UBS.
Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) was reiterated as Buy and its price target was raised to $90 from $78 (versus $70.87 close) at BofA Securities.
Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. (NYSE: CLF) was started as Buy with a $16 price target (versus $12.45 close) at Goldman Sachs.
Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET) was raised to Overweight from Equal-Weight and its price target was raised to $130 from $92 (versus $99.83 close) at Morgan Stanley.

Reddit Inc. (NYSE: RDDT) was reiterated as Buy and its price target was raised to $180 from $120 at Loop Capital. Reddit closed up 0.4% at $140.69 ahead of the call.
Salesforce Inc. (NYSE: CRM) was reiterated as Overweight and its price target was raised to $395 from $325 (versus $329.99 close) at Piper Sandler.
Science Applications International Corporation (NASDAQ: SAIC) was initiated with a Neutral rating at UBS.
